Rising Star Award

The Rising Star Award recognises young people aged 11–18 who have shown an extraordinary leap forward, in confidence, attitude, skill or contribution. This isn't about being the best in the room. It's about the distance travelled and the spark that suggests far more is to come.

What we're looking for

• Clear improvement or transformation over the past 12 months
• Positive attitude, willingness to try and learn
• Evidence of growing confidence, self-belief or character
• A trajectory that suggests the best is still ahead

Examples of nominees

A young person who has turned their school year around, a quiet talent finally finding their voice, or a teenager who has discovered something they're determined to pursue.
