Future Pathways Award

The Future Pathways Award recognises young people aged 11–18 who are taking purposeful steps towards their next chapter, whether that's education, training, apprenticeships, entrepreneurship or employment. This award celebrates ambition, planning and the hard work of building a future.

What we're looking for

• Has taken clear, intentional steps towards education, training or work
• Demonstrates ambition, focus and willingness to learn
• Has overcome barriers to access opportunities
• Acts as a positive example to other young people about what is possible

Examples of nominees

A young entrepreneur, an apprentice making the most of every chance, a first-generation university applicant, or a teen who has secured work experience and turned it into something more.
